Substance Use Disorder Clinical Services
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinic Services
Our outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) clinic care services are offered to youth 12-18 and adults 18 years and older on site at our clinics and through telehealth. Youth through older adults experiencing substance use challenges are offered individual, group, and or family services, based on individual assessment and identified need. Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is available, as needed. Treatment planning is based on individual assessment of needs, is strength-based and recovery focused. Our clinicians, Peer Recovery Coaches and prescribers are committed to helping guide those struggling with substance use disorders along their personal path to Recovery.
More intensive services are provided through our intensive outpatient programs for adults 18 years + struggling to achieve their treatment plan goals. Short-term Residential and Withdrawal Management are available for adults who need a structured 24-hour program to establish abstinence or who by establishing abstinence risks medical complications. Our SUD admissions staff will help you identify the most appropriate level of care to begin treatment.
