Comprehensive Health Clinics

Hegira Health's Comprehensive Health Clinics (CHC) are primary care locations that provide integrated healthcare services in a single setting at two locations - Westland and Lincoln Park.  Our clinics provide services that include preventive care for continued wellness and more targeted treatment to help you feel better during times of illness.  We understand that not all illnesses, conditions, and people are the same and we strive to provide patient-centered care that addresses individual needs.  Our Comprehensive Health Clinics address the needs of complex medical diagnoses and treatments. Services include health assessment, physical examination, referral to external resources and long-term intervention and follow-up.

Not only do the Comprehensive Health Clinics address primary care needs, they also provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals in the process of recovery from substance use.  Our providers are trained and certified in MAT and our clinics at both locations are staffed with peer recovery coaches to offer additional guidance, support, hope, and assistance during the recovery process.
